• 2–3 chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
• 1–2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 cup Pace Picante sauce
• ¼ cup water

For the Quesadillas:

• Flour tortillas
• Cooked chicken filling
• Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
